Hank Van Dorp - Christian Education

I began worshipping at Saint Peter’s in 2000. I was confirmed by The Rev. Clifton Daniel in 2001. My wifeJudy and I were married in November of 2001. The Rev. Bill Bradbury officiated our wedding which was held in the Chapel.  I have lived in Washington all my life and have fond memories of attending Saint Peter’s dayschool as a child.

During my years at Saint Peter’s, I have enjoyed serving in many ministries including teaching Sunday school, serving on the prayer team and as an usher, being involved in Alpha leadership, participating in Upward and maintaining the sound system throughout the church.  I especially enjoy chipping in ‘behind the scenes’ in the many activities of this church.

The future of our church is important to me because of the impact Saint Peter’s has on my life.  My spiritual health and my church family are priorities in my life.  It would be a privilege to serve on Saint Peter’s vestry, and I would look forward to joining the team.
