I am a native of Beaufort County and grew up in St. James Episcopal church in Belhaven. After moving to Washington I started attending St Peter’s along with my children Emma and H. In July of 2009, I married my wife Stacy and we enjoy our relationship with St. Peter’s and its members.
I graduated from UNC Wilmington in 1993 and moved back to Washington to join the family business, Carowan – Allen Insurance Agency which remains a family business. I currently serve on the Stewardship Committee, serve as an usher as well as co-facilitate the Thursday Men’s Bible Study with Keith Hardt. It has been my privilege to help with Upward, Stop Hunger Now, and the Dental Clinics.
I value our church and the wonderful outreach and in reach programs we have taken to task. I look forward to helping serve our church community and our faith through vestry.
